What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing new site features and enhancements to existing ones, in support of the company vision and roadmap. We’ll look to you for innovative solutions for problems both simple and complex.

  • Collaborating with fellow designers on the creation of a new design pattern & style guide for our fully responsive website.

  • Iterating on ideas from rough concepts to detailed prototypes to final UI (Visual Design) and present these ideas to stakeholders.

  • Collaborating & building relationships with multidisciplinary teams (Product Managers, Tech, Brand Marketing).

  • Keeping up-to-date on evolving trends in the beauty/tech world to propose new features or designs that keep us competitive in the space.

  • Developing detailed deliverables that effectively communicate designs to the product and tech teams.

  • Gracefully accepting feedback from stakeholders and maintain flexibility throughout the process.
