This ISBP role willserve the Technical and Design services functional areas, focusing onstandardizing and streamlining our engineering and design processes andapplication portfolio. The ISBP will also work with other IS PMO staff tocompile the Enterprise Strategic Technology Roadmap and will consult withcross-functional project teams on project delivery.Job ExpectationsThe ISBP role will work to build relationships, whether in focused check-insor as a partner during department strategy sessions. Your goal will be toattain "Trusted Advisor" status with your clients. You will work within agovernance framework to review and prioritize projects and enhancements. Youwill prepare briefs and presentations for C-suite stakeholders on projectvalue/impact and recommendations for project prioritization. You will workwith other PMO leaders to prioritize backlog of projects and enhancements.You will direct project execution, contribute to project artifacts,consult with the Steering Committee, and facilitate pre-launch changemanagemenWork directly with technical staff to translate business requirements and usecases into technical specifications and designDrive innovative and solution-oriented results, leveraging yourunderstanding of client's functional needs to consult and recommendtechnology features and functionality that maximize valueBuild deep understanding of business drivers and functional requirementsbefore identifying technical solutionsWork with other IT Leaders to build Enterprise Strategic Technology RoadmapSupport project intake and demand governance, prepare projects for gatereview and prioritizationDirect project team during execution: contribute to project artifacts,consult with Steering Committee, and facilitate pre-launch change management.Travel required up to 25% of the timeDesired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree from a four-year University or College in BusinessAdministration, Information Technology, Environmental Science,Engineering or equivalent experience10+ years' experience as a program manager, project manager, productmanager or business relationship manager, solely accountable for delivery5+ years' experience in Software Development or Information Systems with aproven track record5+ years' experience in Technical and Design Services, with a proventrack record of delivering technologies for those functionsProcess understanding in A/E/C Design Technology services.
