About the Liquid Studios: Liquid Studios are located in various cities where Accenture has a high concentration of clients who need software developers they can work with face-to-face, using Agile methods of delivery.
Liquid Studio residents and client guests collaborate on development of “new IT” solutions using liquid software development techniques, beginning with rapid prototyping and construction of business applications, and applying the latest in design thinking and Agile approaches to interactively assemble adaptive applications from modular, proven components. Teams will work in small groups of up to 10 software engineers.
Liquid Studios will also be able to take advantage of global centers of innovation (such as Silicon Valley) to attract talent and creative energy from the ecosystem, creating an osmotic effect for experimentation using new tools and approaches and fostering an environment where new styles of working are combined with real-world challenges of building applications for the digital era.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
As the Liquid Studio Design Thinking Lead, you will have responsibility for planning and executing all client design thinking workshops, including logistics, preparation, facilitation, and follow up activities. You will work with the Accenture client account teams to understand the client context and problem statement. Using your strong facilitation skills, you will bring human centered design principles into workshops with clients and lead the group to generate creative and impactful ideas. Responsibilities Own all pre workshop activities, including scheduling and logistics, content preparation, client context research, preliminary client discussions, and design thinking method selection. Facilitate client workshops, leading activities and discussions, adapting to client needs and situations on the fly, and guiding participants to impactful outcomes Own all follow up activities directly related to the workshop, including documentation, journey maps, roadmaps, and prototypes.
Minimum 5-7 years total experience within a Design environment
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Design thinking methodologies
Minimum 2 years of experience doing workshop facilitations
Must have completed at least ten design thinking work shops
Must have previous client facing experience
