Please note that while this job will require strong administrative skills, it is also extremely customer-focused and will occasionally involve working with them face-to-face at our retail store. Essential Job Responsibilities

E-commerce duties:

  • Provides a seamless experience for all customers.

  • Provides exemplary customer service through issue resolution.

  • Maintains accurate notes in CRM database (Netsuite).

  • Builds and maintains customer relationships.

  • Follows up with Production team on customer inquiries.

  • Handles Return Authorizations.

  • Solicits/builds/maintains business relationships with clientele.

  • Uses established rapport with Trade/ Wholesale customers to continue grow the business.

  • Additional ad-hoc duties or reports as assigned

Retail Store duties:

  • Develops clientele by interacting with and engaging customers.

  • Schedules appointments with interior designers and potential customers.

  • Informs customers of new product updates, sales, etc.

  • Coordinates fulfillment of special orders as required.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience in Retail and Customer Service (apparel/textile) required.

  • Data entry experience a big plus.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and METICULOUS phone etiquette.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Quick problem solver with excellent organizational skills.

  • Great people person who is passionate about customer service, helping people and engaging with all types of customers.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Must have a strong sense of accountability, urgency and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Dependable, reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and with little supervision.
