The Design Supervisor for Design Integrity – Interior will be responsible for coordinating SBU designers, assigning and supervising design work orders, release scheduling, achieving milestone deliverables, maintaining Teamcenter structure quality and accuracy. The selected candidate will be responsible for data coordination to suppliers, and downstream customers. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for design room supervision, including time records, lost time and employee development.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university (or equivalent) OR Bachelor of Science in Vehicle Design•Minimum 8 years appropriate automotive design and/or engineering experience•Strong technical, communication and program management skillsPreferred Qualifications:•10 years appropriate design and/or engineering experience including CAD design and releasing of components in a product lifecycle manager (PLM) system (Teamcenter or similar)•Experience in a leadership or supervisory role•Knowledge of interior and restraint systems including design and packaging fundamentals•Excellent knowledge of manufacturing methods, regulatory requirements and quality fundamentalsFCA is proud to extend to its employees a compensation and benefits package that is designed to retain their talent and to motivate and reward job performance.
