This role is crucial to the Development Cycle of the organization. This role is valuable to the brand as it eliminates design time in PLM and emailing with overseas offices. The concentration for the business is to allow more creative time for the Design team, this role keeps the product lifecycle moving along while the product designers move onto the next season of concepting and sketching.

The ideal candidate would need to be able to adapt to change; this role requires an eagerness and passion for accuracy and providing clear communication. The TD Team is looking for excitement about the opportunity to make great things happen for the customer and the brand. It is key that this person have a collaboration mantra of giving and helping others.


-Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with Head of Design and Merchandising Team to develop seasonal product, including sending out 1st specs, tracking samples and approvals.

  • Collaborate on action plans to resolve with cross functional partners.

  • Attend weekly product meetings and contribute where appropriate.

  • Help prepare presentation for each season s concept to merchant team. Help produce boards.

  • Strictly Monitor Seasonal Calendar to ensure Design and merchandising adhere to the Product Development deadlines to meet approval deadlines.

  • Coordinate materials and collections among each department to ensure consistency.

  • Maintain and oversee weekly product development status report. Distribute and able to speak to weekly in weekly Product Development Meeting.


  • BS Degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of product development, production, project management, or other relevant experience required

  • Must have MS Office and some knowledge of Illustrator.

  • Experience working directly with Design preferred.

  • Seeking someone with a product development background that understands the development cycle and attention to detail.

  • Experience in Product Development
