The role of In-house Graphic Designer and Marketing & Sales Support is both supporting the Communication Team in developing communication materials faster and more effective than an outside agency and executing all those marketing activities on the local market targeted to Noah and Dennis customers groups and species.
He/she will work with the other members of the SMT and sales members in the country he/she is dedicated to and support the PLM in Dennis and Noah customer segments (all species).
The main tasks are to visually convey particular messages, ideas or concepts to strengthen the customers experience with the brand, products and services across the local markets;
and execute product communication materials, gadgets for the Noah and Dennis local events and provide a daily support for the Noah and Dennis Local Sales Team.
This in an execution role but requires close and effective co-operation with the local Sales Teams, Product/ Line Managers, Communication Teams. Good knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs, common deep understanding of the Noah and Dennis customers’ needs and focus on business goals are required on this position.
The candidate will report to Marketing and Internal Communication Manager and will be part of the Communication Team.
Principal Accountabilities
50% Graphics: design and revise concepts, visuals and messages that support the specie line strategies, product/services launches/re-launches and other marketing/sales or internal communication initiatives:
Work with communication team and “internal customers” Product Line Managers/Sales People to determine the scope of each project
Assure consistency on written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs
Determine the concept/message the design should portray based on the briefs prepared by PLM
Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos and websites in the right tone of voice
Adapt packaging design according to the branding strategy and based on the briefs from PLM
Develop invitations to events and open days by farmers, retailers and dealers
Develop ideas for gadgets design, messages, invitations and communication campaigns for internal initiatives (i.e. Green Day, Christmas Party, etc.)
50% Support local Noah and Dennis Sales Teams in daily activities, planned and ad hoc
Accordingly, with the branding guidelines, research/order/purchase/manage stocks and distribute branded items to Dennis and Noah Sales Teams like: gadgets for Dealers and Customers to be used during initiatives and events, calendars for Dealer and Customers, sales and customers technical tools, apparel, silos stickers and signages, etc.
Print marketing materials locally, negotiate prices with printing houses
Execute local activities for Dennis and Noah (executional support for: meetings with Dealers, Agents and Customers, dairy open days, technical meetings, sales meetings etc.…
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or Professional Course in Graphics or Marketing
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
Ability to work with programming scripts, including XML and HTML (preferable)
Understanding of the printing process and specifications
Adaptive design eye and skill
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of packaging design, advertising trends etc.
Strong attitude and ability to work in a team environment, to prioritize effectively, and plan time-lines to complete important projects

Preferred Qualifications
One-year previous experience in Multinational Companies/ Agencies in the same role
Experience in feed/nutrition or agri sector
