Job Description:
Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions and MBB. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified. May be responsible for managing, training and developing associates on the team.
This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives across the Consumer Client Services Fraud Servicing and Claims organization working with key partners across the Fraud organization. This position is critical to driving Fraud Servicing and Claims towards a strategic enterprise vision of Fraud servicing for our clients. The focus of this role will be driving process improvements, owning Fraud processes and implementing improvements to attain business objectives.
**Position may be filled anywhere in the US.
Job Requirements:
5+ years project management or process design experience
Including experience in scoping initiatives, scheduling routines, resourcing participants, developing communication plans and focus on risk management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills- ability to work with senior leaders with an executive presence
Ability to shift priorities and remain focused on key objectives
Proven relationship management skills to gain buy in- build consensus and resolve conflicts in a timely manner across multiple lines of business as well as internally
Strong Risk and Governance mindset
Strong Microsoft office skills and ability to create executive level documents
Preferred Skills:
Process Design Experience
Black Belt or Green Belt certified
PMP certification
Fraud industry knowledge and experience
Contact Center experience
Bachelor’s degree
