Cerner Solution Designer in Missouri
The Cerner Population Health Services group and specifically the Healthe Business Analytics team is responsible for the creation of reports to support TPA (Third Party Administrators), Health Centers and Wellness. The team is composed of software engineers and data analysts. Reports vary in scope and complexity, but include work performed for employer, health plan, onsite health centers, hospital systems, and other healthcare clients.
The Healthe Business Analytics team creates several deliverables that assist clients and client owners in identifying areas of opportunity, what steps should be taken to address the areas of opportunity, what impact have we made and where should re-adjustments be made to promote further positive momentum. As a Solution Designer, you will document functional requirements and risk analysis using solution management tools and processes. This includes leading discussions between the development team, subject matter experts, internal users, or client-facing teams to clarify user stories, track issues, or resolve problems.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, Marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
2 years of testing, development, or solution-related work experience
1 year of Agile development work experience
1 year of experience working with Tableau
1 year of Health Care analytics work experience
1 year solution design or product ownership work experience
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
