Instagram is looking for an Emerging Fashion Talent Lead who is passionate about Instagram, fashion, and the intersection of the two. This position will work on Instagram’s Fashion partnerships team to build and execute strategies and programs and develop high impact use of Instagram among emerging fashion designers and influencers. The right person will handle day-to-day operations and partnership management, field and prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot partner issues, and improve partner performance. This work will require cross-functional engagement with colleagues across verticals/regions and is located in our New York office.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead strategy and outreach efforts with fashion professionals to develop innovative and high impact partnerships

  2. Initiate, negotiate, and project manage high priority partnerships

  3. Serve as internal advocate within Instagram for partners, including working with Sales and Product teams

  4. Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners

  5. Serve as a spokesperson for Instagram

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 5+ years experience, with focus on digital initiatives and/or partnerships in the fashion industry

  3. Experience with leadership and with working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects

  4. Knowledge of fashion landscape

  5. Communication and presentation experience

  6. Experience thinking strategically about issues, and influencing internal and external stakeholders

  7. Experience communicating internally to sell ideas, programs and knowledge about projects and initiatives
