As a Marketing/Brand Visual Designer, you will play a key role in defining visual design standards for all assets, communications, products, and services. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team, other designers, product owners, and technology leads in an Agile, fast paced environment.


  • Evaluate, refine, create, and maintain brand design across all projects and products

  • Advocate for the brand and customer, in addition always seeking ways to improve and innovate

  • Brainstorm/Ideate with marketing team on strategy and executions

  • Produce unique, strategically led marketing assets, comps, and/or style guides

  • Work closely with Design Director to ensure all creative output meets or exceeds industry and business standards

  • Promote continual creative improvements through self-education and refinement of processes

  • Collaborate with production, strategy, and technology teams to ensure design deliverables meet project objectives, budget, and timelines

  • Participate in regular design reviews and help create an in-house design practice with UX, Product, and other designers


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a start-up, design firm, digital business, and/or digital agency

  • BFA in Graphic Design or similar field or commensurate experience

  • Exceptional skills in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign

  • Background with developing brand and marketing strategies

  • Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually

  • Great eye and passion for customer-centric design

  • Strong, collaborative work ethic

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in fast moving environments with ambiguity
