This position is primarily responsible for the creation of all print collateral, digital and print ads, web graphics and social media creative assets, and product packaging. You will ensure that all brand standards are met and act as a brand ambassador for the team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create weekly/monthly marketing assets plus all other collateral

  • Art Formats include but not limited to: newspaper/ maganize ads, digital ads, website images, social media templates, email blasts, direct mail, outdoor, in-center signage, posters fliers, brochures, informational booklets, coupons, billboards, pre-roll.

  • Reviewing and preparing new client testimonials: working with Marketing Director to select client testimonials for use on website, social media, and digital/print advertising. Applying photo correction techniques to improve photo quality and preparing images for use in print and digital mediums. Summarizing client testimonial feedback into one or two paragraph blurb for marketing purposes.

  • Oversee Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and help answer (prospective) client questions

  • Assist in creating blogs around health topics to be used on our website and social channels

  • Create smart design solutions consistent within brand and creative standards.

  • Understand the benefits and limitations of certain channels and tailor creation of assets to each channel.

  • Be a creative thinker and solution orientated when taking offers and presenting them in a visually appealing and intuitive way.

  • Work with vendor partners to deliver print/press quality art within deadlines.

  • Ability to work within a team structure, as well as independently to ensure deliverables are achieved on time while maintaining the highest quality.

  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize completion based on needs of QWLC

  • Research, understand and embrace current design trends along with technology.

  • Assist with A/B testing for creative assets.

  • Help collect information for monthly reporting purposes.

  • Organize and manage internal catalog of images, assets, etc.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing reports and working with spreadsheets and databases.
